Backup for the content

As a general rule, the content included in SONOCA cannot be re-downloaded.

Please make sure to back up your content to prepare for situations such as device failure, loss, or model change.

You can easily back up your content using the SONOCA Player.

Backup:

Select [Settings]>[Contents Management]>[Backup to the cloud] from the application menu.

Restoration:

Select [Settings]>[Contents Management]>[Restore from the cloud] from the application menu.

If you select the content, you can back it up or restore it from the cloud.

*If Contents Management in the Settings menu is not displayed, select Settings>User Information in the application menu to login.
